Mauracher spart damit bis zu 40 Minuten pro Kundenfall und hat seine Abschlussquote verdreifacht, die gewonnene Zeit fließt direkt in Akquise und Kundenbeziehung. Wesemann erklärt, wie eingebaute Halluzinations-Checks und exakte Fundstellen in den Versicherungsbedingungen für Nachvollziehbarkeit sorgen, und wofür Afori als nächstes die 23 Millionen strukturierten Datenpunkte nutzt: die systematische Veredelung von Versicherungsbeständen.

Afori and terms specialist Versnavi are entering into an exclusive partnership: Versnavi's database of more than 20,000 policy terms, maintained since 2000 and from which over 23 million data points are derived, is firmly integrated into the Afori platform. Brokers can thus check tariffs and covers directly in their email inbox: if a customer reports a claim, an AI agent checks whether the case is covered and refers to the appropriate clause in the policy terms. Founder Fabian Wesemann on the collaboration: "A reliable and neutral data basis does not of course appear overnight, it grows over years."

Using the example of broker Steffen Strobel, Handelsblatt shows how Afori handles the blacking out of sensitive health data, risk pre-assessments for insurers and the evaluation of feedback in occupational disability insurance. His conclusion in the article: "This saves me a lot of time and allows me to focus on advising my clients."
