Afori and terms specialist Versnavi are entering into an exclusive partnership: Versnavi's database of more than 20,000 policy terms, maintained since 2000 and from which over 23 million data points are derived, is firmly integrated into the Afori platform. Brokers can thus check tariffs and covers directly in their email inbox: if a customer reports a claim, an AI agent checks whether the case is covered and refers to the appropriate clause in the policy terms. Founder Fabian Wesemann on the collaboration: "A reliable and neutral data basis does not of course appear overnight, it grows over years."
