Fabian has been active in the insurance industry for over ten years and was previously a co-founder of wefox, where he gained deep insights into the entire insurance value chain. He knows the everyday challenges brokers face firsthand. With Afori, Fabian applies his experience to relieve brokers where it matters most — in their daily work. His focus is on clarity, pragmatism, and technology that creates real value.

Sergi Baños
Sergi was the first team member at wefox and played a key role in building its technology from the ground up. Over more than ten years, he has gained extensive experience in assembling leading tech teams and developing scalable products. At Afori, Sergi combines his technical expertise and passion for AI to simplify processes and create real relief for brokers in their day-to-day work. His focus is on clarity, innovation, and technology that simply works.
